1st time i ever agreed with #1 choice, Class.
ReplyLoved #4
ReplyI'm sorry, maybe I'm just exposing my Brown-Coat-ism, but #25 seemed to actually contain more information about the plot than any of the others. If there weren't going to be more like that (Closest was Big Lebowski--SERIOUSLY, who Marcellus Wallace f***s is a throwaway line and has nothing to do with the actual plot), you could have at least ranked it higher.
ReplyI'm glad to see they're picking good winners for a change.
ReplyAs someone who never submits entries, I believe I can sit and judge.
I'm pretty sure that pink dies in a hail of bullets right as the movie fades to black.
ReplyIf he doesn't, I volunteer to repair the error.
According to QT Mr. Pink survives but gets arrested (you can hear the cops asking him whether he's a cop killer after they have subdued him). I like to think that he then escapes in Vegas during Con Air :)
Most of these were amazing. XD
ReplyEspecially 3 and 4.
Id be pretty sure Elizabeth Shue does "get done" eventually.
ReplyBy the dickweed from UCLA, maybe.
Yea by Iceman...but thats another story...
Wait, 'Paint Your Wagon' is a real f*****g movie? I thought that was just a joke from the Simpsons
ReplySo did I...until i found it on Netflix. Seriously. Go look!
It went downhill from 5-1 for me
Reply8 is the best.
ReplyI really like Casablanca but there are several of these that are much funnier.
Reply#5 is the clear real winner here
Reply Hide All See All 3 Replieswow, triple post!
#15 "Se7en" is the winner: Gwynneth Paltrow's head in a box... That's genius, it's Venn Zen.
#4 Is or could be wrong cuz Mr. Pink Is killed out of scene you can only hear it outside when he runs.
No. 9 should be #1. What is #1 referring to, btw?
Reply Hide All See All 4 RepliesCassablanca
of all the joints in the world that dame has to walk into mine
of all the joints in the world that dame has to walk into mine
"Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine." Should have been an extra circle.
#12 was my favourite.
Reply2 is easily the best. But 1 is very good.
ReplyI didn't truly laugh until I saw the mulholland drive one.
ReplySame here, didn't like that contest at all... but the one about Mulholland Drive really made me laugh.
that one should have won
Okay call me stupid if you want, but I really don't get number one, can someone PLEASE explain it?
ReplyIt's Casablanca. Of all the gin joints in all the world, this dame had to walk into mine...(I may be slightly off on the exact wording, but you get the idea)
That's actually pretty sweet :)
Can you explain me the third one please?
ReplyPulp Fiction. Who's in Vietnam? What's in Christopher Walken?
Mr. Pink actually died in Reservoir Dogs. After he runs out of the building you hear (if you turn up the volume) Cops and Mr. Pink yelling and then shooting, since the cops came in the building you know the other threat was taken care of. Nobody got out alive.
Reply Hide All See All 4 RepliesIf you actually did that, you would hear no gunfire, as there isn't any. And Tarantino has said that Pink lives.
He's alive when the film ends. If he dies afterwards, it's not in the film. If you listen to any interviews on the film by Tarantino, he makes it clear that he's the only one that lives.
the fact of the matter is that it is not clear whether pink dies or not. it is not shown, and doesn't need to be. it is just left out, whether or not taratino "says" he dies or not doesnt mean s**t. Your meant to think about what could be happening outside the building. The movie is shot like a play would be shot, stage style, with characters entering the stage and leaving the stage. This technique that tarantino employs in resivoir dogs is used to heighten tension and hopefully leave an impression on the audience when they leave the film wondering "whatever happened to Mr pink anyway?".
If you turn the volume up, you can hear Pink say that he's shot and surrenders himself.
