damn even the comments are making me laugh. free entertainment is awesome
Replythis is one of the best photoplasty contests on the site. thanks for the readers that made it.
ReplyUp up, down down, left right, left right, B, A, Start, just because we use cheats doesn't mean we're not smaaart :)
ReplyThank you. That one was bothering me - thinking I've been doing it wrong all these years. Must of done it several dozen times with Metal Gear Solid.
There is a real brand of TresEMME shampoo.
ReplyI hate when people say B,A,B,A, select, start. THERE'S NO SELECT!!!
ReplyThere is if you want two-player mode.
the thing about number 3 is that the assassin's creed games (especially the newer ones) depict Italian architecture with amazing accuracy. Those things that make them so great for climbing with a seemingly supernatural human in the game are actually on those buildings
ReplyAs discovered by the smart US marine who fell to death in Florence last year trying to play a live game of assasin's creed
All that proves Vandirac is just because you can, doesn't necessarily mean you should.
#2 is a lot funnier than #1. These all are actually pretty funny, though.
Replyreason why #1 is #1 is only because its soooooo damn famous
bastard, hihi
ReplyThe mistake in number one was on purpose. It was a satire of misleading loons like the Doomsday Preacher and the Westboro Baptist Church. Remember that before calling it a mistake.
ReplyI don't know about that. I don't think that intention was very obvious. Too many levels for a photoplasty about games. They got it wrong.
#4 needs to exist...
ReplyI loved almost every one of these. But I really loved #26 way more than a rank of 26. I always find it funny how the characters can hold 99 each of like 100 different items - with a little bag or none at all.
ReplySorry, but I've been staring at #21 for ages. Could someone please enlighten me?
ReplyIt's the Tetris straight line block - you stack all your pieces awaiting one and it never seems to show up.
don't be a polly pissy pants, Bolognas. This was an awesome contest.
ReplyThis was a good contest. Most of these were quite good. Thumbs up to all participants.
Reply Hide All See All 5 RepliesI have one minor nit-pick, which is that there are two of these that are the same item, from the same game, made by the same person, but they appear 10 spots apart on the list (17 and 7). I'm generally not a big fan of the judging of these, I guess because I would prefer that they were judged on how clever and funny the joke is, while the judges are apparently using other criteria, as is clear by the EXACT same joke managing to be 10 places apart on the list.
Virtually the same joke... but not quite. But I can see your point.
could someone explain these jokes to me? I thought that one was about random battles and one was about princess' hair color.
Girres, it's hairspray to keep the hair abnormally stiff.
Yeah, not really the same joke at all. One was about how the stereotypical kidnapped princess manages to take care of her hair while in capitvity, the other is mocking animesque hairstyles.
I understood the stiff hair for the males. Though, the females, I thought it was advertising hair dye.
jerewhit, I was expecting idclip from Doom 2, because I thought I was the only one who remembers idspispopd from Doom 1. My hat is off to you, sir.
Reply#1 totally deserved the win. So damn clever.
ReplyI enjoyed #1 immensely.
ReplyOn #24. What is a "dugeon"?
ReplyHa! I liked the font so much I didn't notice the misspelling. Very nit-picky but I'm guilty of the same. I would've loved #2 more if it weren't for "randomely".
#1 shouldn't win, it is incorrect.
ReplyThe real code is:
↑↑ ↓↓ ← → ← → B A [start]
Oh, you're an orthodox Konamist. The creator of that image was obviously a protestant Konamist.
Hilarious - I fell off my exercise bike while looking at these! (somebody owes me an ice pack)
