Winston Rowntree is the author of Subnormality, the popular webcomic which he describes as containing "weird characters, endless opinions and occasionally huge walls of text." In this installment of his weekly Cracked comic Abnormality, Mr. Rowntree charts the math behind annoying assholes ...

5 Great Book Ideas 'The Man' Is Too Scared to Publish
conformist, you can suck balls. blah blah blah, radio blah blah blah ramen noodles. go f**k yourself you wannabe hipster douchebag.
um... that's the point of the last one. radio=media, so, no media attention=no radio play. there are bands that are better than what plays on the radio, you just have to hunt them down (and be willing to accept that rather than getting rock stars on pedestals, you'll get a group of guys sharing a dingy house hoping their next gig will keep them flush with ramen noodles for another week)
This little artictlette is written by a retard. TROLLS ARE BAD LOL. RADIO IS GOOD LUL.
Gotta disagree with that last one. 90% of the music on any radio station, reguardless of genre, is pure s**t.
The internet representation is extremely accurate. Seems like it's mostly assholes, but it's mostly normal people. The assholes just have more time on their hands.
Actually,I think only 10% of the comments are "Y dont teh numbers match teh graphs."
hahaha i just noticed that indie guy impaled on the pop queen's heel
i totally agree with the last chart out of all of them. there r so many untalented SHITS out there that get more money than people who r not tone deaf.
Thanks Mint_Tea I wasn't getting it either.
"Pie charts adjusted to reflect perception" could be made a little bigger, it seems to have confused quite a few people. About a third of the comments are "Y dont teh numbers match teh graphs."
Also, nice touch with the dude on Hellpop's stiletto.
Genius!
Meh.
Captain Cranky, yes, you most definitely sucked, you "were once in an old-school punk band", once, when was that? Between now and when you were 12? 5 years ago? I'm sorry if you are older than 17, but your avatar and "immortal soul taking" makes it hard for me to believe that you are older than 17. Either that or you're short one functioning brain.
Just because you were a ridiculous little bunch of untalented snot nosed attention whoring wannabe anarchists, it doesn't mean that being s**t musicians is the reality for everyone else who isn't in the charts. Also, it does not mean that overly tanned, empty headed bints who seem physically unable to close their perpetually parted lips have any talent what so ever.
Ahhh.. 10ยด%'er
How's it going, 10%ers? Still stupid?
Funny and true. The best part though is the comments section. Why are the pie charts wrong!!?!? lol
I want my 90% of music back!
A bit of added humor is generated by reading the comments section and seeing how many morons post about how they don't get why the percentages are mixed. I mean, being a little thrown by the graph versus the numbers shown is one thing. Posting your confusion (or even more hilariously, your certainty that the artist is in error) without first checking the already posted comments to see if someone might have pointed out what you maybe didn't see (as a number of people have) is entirely another. I thank the blatantly ignorant commenters for increasing my amusement.
Oh, and I also find the indie implications annoying, but I'd say I agree in principle.
The last pie chart reveals the artist as a butthurt indie fan.
