It’s hard to admit it, but we’ve all myth-spouted from time to time. We’d like to blame it all on Hollywood, since they’ve okayed scenes of fighter pilots taking off their oxygen masks mid-flight. But it’s not completely their fault. Even though, in reality, fighter jets aren’t pressurized like commercial airliners, all of Tom Cruise’s face is going to sell more tickets than just the top half. I mean, the movie was Top Gun not Top Half, amirite?
