There are few things more humiliating than trying your best to pronounce a word and failing miserably. A lot of times, we can blame mispronunciations on the simple fact that phonetics vary from region to region. Case in point: One TikToker from California pronounced “Bojangles” like a true Angeleno after their cross-country move to Tennessee. It was an honest attempt — and a funny one — but ultimately, it was very, very wrong.

Plenty of other TikToks kept us laughing this past week, too, including one that showcases the human instinct to be a little mean, another about a couple of furry friends and an illustration of the “sacred bond that all men must share.”
