‘Bob’s Burgers’ Supervising Director Leaks Titles and Graphics from Several New Episodes

We hope we can judge these scripts by their covers

We now have a better idea of what will greet us when the Belcher family returns this fall.

Bob’s Burgers supervising director Simon Chong recently offered fans a glimpse at what’s in store for Bob, Linda, Tina, Gene and Louise, revealing titles and script art for the series’ 16th season — and possibly beyond.

“I’ve been slack with posting these script covers,” Chong captioned a carousel of eight different sketches, the first he’s shared since last November. “My bad. Here’s a selection of some, but not all, script covers for upcoming episodes drawn by yours truly.”

The sketches, which hint at a slumber party gone wrong in “The Governmentalist,” the return of Nat Kinkle in “Driving Miss Ragey,” and a potential Twins situation in “Two Teddys & A Funeral, Kind Of,” also give fans a peek at the show’s famed holiday episodes.

“Children of the Carn,” which appears to be the show’s Halloween installment, will likely feature Wonder Wharf’s staffers, while the artwork for “It’s a Stunterful Life” depicts the Belcher kids hopping aboard a wintery train to the North Pole, or more likely, somewhere within a 10-minute bike ride of the restaurant.

As for Bob’s Burgers upcoming 300th episode, executive producer Loren Bouchard recently teased the milestone, one centered around a pregnant Linda and nauseous Bob struggling in the early days of their restaurant.

“In the present day, Bob is really sweating whether or not to raise prices, and it’s killing him,” Bouchard explained of the show’s Season 16 premiere, "Grand Pre-Pre-Opening” at San Diego Comic-Con last month. “It sends us on this kind of series of flashbacks to just what was going on when Bob and Linda started the restaurant.”

Sounds as good as one of Bob’s burger deals.
