Indiana Jones
Indiana Jones is one of those characters so cool it takes us a while to realize his imperfections. We see whip, we think “so cool," not “why does an archaeologist need a whip?” We see Last Crusade and think “Indiana Jones and James Bond are teaming up," not “hang on, didn't this just factory reset Raiders of the Lost Ark?” We'd really, really love it if Indy's relationship with Short Round was more “apprenticeship” and less “mysteriously appeared child in dangerous situations,” which the series can do by making Short Round the new Indiana Jones. Ke Huy Quan sure looks like he could handle a whip.
