Movies have not-so-hidden agendas. We're told from the get-go who the hero is and who the supervillain is, and we're just supposed to go along with those roles, no matter what.
But that just seems overly simplistic. What if the bad guy is actually a decent person who's having a bad day or something? Maybe nobody just gets him, you know? Well, we're here to do justice to those "evil doers" by giving them some movie poster love.
