The Coca-Cola Card wasn’t just a wallet-sized coupon for Coke. Peddled to teens in the late 90s, the Coke Card combined a discount program, Smash Mouth concert ticket, small business directory, and voicemail account into a logistically complicated marketing campaign that included an instruction manual.
