Every Current and Former SNL Cast Member with a Podcast
Saturday Night Live’s roster of current and former cast members is always expanding. Twenty people are currently on the (rather bloated) cast, and most formal counts put the total number for the show’s entire history at 172 people who were officially a part of the cast. Of that large batch, a not insignificant percentage of them have podcasts.
This isn’t too surprising—podcasts are a comedian medium. They are cheap to produce, and most SNL cast members develop a devoted following of fans from their time on the show. Even the briefest tenures still result in an increased level of fame for the cast members, and podcasts need a devoted audience. Of the 172 people who have been on the show, 17 have since died. That leaves 155 SNL people who could have active podcasts. (We've even made a list of the five worst podcasts from SNL cast members right here.)
Don't Miss
So far, we’ve found that 17 current or former cast members have an active or recently active podcast. This figure only includes podcasts that have published in the last two years, and is subject to be updated as we keep an eye out for new shows. The newest edition is Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennett's What's Our Podcast, which debuted this year.
