Everyone has friendships, and even if they’re mostly based on cocaine and vibes, that includes filmmakers. Once you get to a certain level, you’re basically just brainstorming fun projects for you and your buddies anyway, so one of the surest ways to get everyone laughing is to say, “Wouldn’t it be crazy if we slid DiCaprio in here for, like, two seconds?” It makes the audience laugh too, so it’s a win-win. 

“Danny Trejo in Muppets Most Wanted comes to mind,” for Redditor TonyClifton323. “They are being released and the guard calls for the Muppets,” they explained. “Danny Trejo pops his head out of the bars with them and says ‘I’m a Muppet.’ It’s not even my favorite Muppet movie, but for some reason, that one scene just kills me.”
