A strange story involving Jerry Seinfeld has gone viral on Twitter. In it, a woman who worked at an Akron/Cleveland area Regal Cinema in 2012 claims that the eponymous Seinfeld star visited her theater to watch the rebooted Three Stooges movie (a film that happened to star a certain Larry David as a mean-spirited nun.)

Specifically, Seinfeld wanted to watch The Three Stooges alone. For free.

The thread seems to have inspired the many comedy writers of Twitter, who took to the story by devising their own clearly fictional but equally crazy stories of Seinfeld interactions from a customer service perspective. It’s fascinating to hear about the other stuff that Jerry’s been up to since the end of Seinfeld — from what we hear in this thread, seeing him in a hardware store is more entertaining than seeing him in Bee Movie.
