Did Joe Rogan Just Float A Post-Trump Manosphere Future?

Are the winds shifting up in the cold ether?

First, Andrew Schulz interviews Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani and admits he felt misled after voting for President Donald Trump. Now, the highest flier in the manosphere has taken similar shots.

The pressure point, as it was with Schulz last July, is Trump’s potential level of involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, a prolific convicted sexual predator, is at the center of a sex trafficking and pedophilia scandal that involved numerous high-powered individuals. Rogan detoured from his fealty to the president’s agenda in the Wednesday episode of the Joe Rogan Experience

Speaking with comedian Brian Simpson, Rogan expressed frustration about alleged levels of corruption plaguing the country. Reading the Google AI summary of Enrique Tarrio, the former chairperson of right wing extremist group the Proud Boys, who was also at one point a federal informant, Rogan laments the levels of secrecy and conspiracy: “It's It's layers upon layers,” Rogan said.  “It's those Russian nesting dolls and you open it and there's another one in there and you open there's another one in there.”

“Corruption is at an all time high, bro,” Simpson responded. “The Epstein files!”

 A sarcastic Rogan said, ”I heard there's no files. I heard it's a hoax."

“And then all of a sudden, he's going to release the files,” Rogan continued, sounding irritated. “Well, I thought there was no files, man. He wants an investigation now. Like what is going on?”

The conversation continued. Rogan pivoted to discuss the single representative who voted against releasing the Epstein files, Republican Rep. Clay Higgins from Louisiana. After a bit of back and forth, it’s clear that Rogan has some very particular distinctions about the Epstein list.

“There were people…that had dinner over Epstein's house,” Rogan continued. “Like Epstein had dinners and had celebrities go over his house. Like Chelsea Handler was one of the people that went over his house. I don't think Chelsea Handler is out there molesting kids.”

I think it’s fair to argue no one is hankering to see the list of dinner guests visiting Epstein’s house. There are larger, more obvious concerns. But it will be interesting to see who Joe Rogan places in the “just over for dinner” category as more information gets released.

And if that is what people suspect about You Know Who, yesterday may have been Rogan's Post-Trump trial balloon. If he sails on, it'll certainly shift how the winds blow in the manosphere.
