In this installment of his weekly Cracked comic Abnormality, Mr. Rowntree takes a look at how superstar rock producer Josh Homme describes his song writing process, and imagines what that process must look like based on his lyrics.

ReplyI really like queens music but I do think that sometimes Josh can appear to take himself to seriously I love some songs but some lyrics can appear to be a little bit.... weird. My fav bit in this article was the sperm on his chest hmmmm I wonder if he's overcompensating for something

ReplyI mean, really, I'm a queens fan, but this is funny. It's not supposed to be a direct attack against him, it's about the absurdity of rock lyrics in general, and how certain artists try and make their music sound more important than it is.
Learn to take a joke. And btw, Josh is quite insane, have you seen the video's where he just freaks out and attacks the audience? scary guy. Especially when he's like a giant. Still love his music.

Meh. Josh Homme is too sexy to have ladies running away in fear, even if he's acting deranged. And QOTSA music is some of the best out there these days...so maybe Im missing something. Like the point.
