Eddie Murphy
Indisputably, Eddie Murphy is SNL's Jesus. On top being the driving force behind one of the show's funniest eras, his resume boasts a litany of hilarious standup specials, movies, and we assume he gets to sit at the head of the table whenever DreamWorks Animation has their Christmas parties. That said, this list of “Best Eddie Murphy Movies” we published in 2012 might still hold up. Sadly, Eddie Murphy's reinvention as a more family-centric movie star doesn't hit the same as Prince Akeem or Billy Ray Valentine. But Eddie's Emmy-winning performance hosting SNL in 2020 proves he still has his magic, so maybe there's hope for Beverly Hills Cop 4 yet.
