As far as bizarre trends go, this year has certainly been a doozy. From the Pelosi Act to the Coal Makes Me Cum song, it's clear that the world is a strange and unpredictable place. But perhaps the strangest of all is the fact that people seem to be doing some pretty outrageous things in the name of entertainment, education, and progress... among other things.

Take, for example, the case of the 15-year-old playing hide-and-seek in Bangladesh who ended up in Malaysia. Or the woman who opened a coffee shop called Woke Breakfast & Coffee in Coventry, CT, and the ensuing debate that followed. Or the six doctors who decided to swallow Lego heads and time how long it took to pass them. 

Yes, it's certainly an interesting time to be alive. So, without further ado, let's take a look at some of the most outrageous stories of the week. From Sen. Hawley's stock-banning Pelosi Act to Marie Kondo's shift from tidying up homes to tidying up emotions, it's sure to be an entertaining ride.
