18 Now-You-Know Movies Facts to Write Parody Songs About

If you had a band that sang parody songs with movie titles inserted into the lyrics, you’d have a wealth to choose from. Like take Bon Jovi’s “Bad Medicine” and be like, “Your love is like Good Burger, and Good Burger is what I’d eat, woah-oh!” Or maybe take the Spice Girls’ “Wannabe” and do like, “If you wanna be Jack Reacher, you gotta fight Wer-ner Herzog (Wer-nerrrr-Herzoggggg!)” Then again, you could take the Spider-Man theme and take it to streaming titles like, “Spider-head, Spider-head, Netflix is hoping this film’s not dead.”
But if you’re gonna go that route and sing songs based on movies, you have to know about the movies first. After all, how else are the folks at the state fair going to fully appreciate your jokey lyrics if you don’t know the movies you’re singing about? You can’t be a poser.
So here are some movie facts. Enjoy.
