Does Archer, Allegedly the World’s Greatest Spy, Have Insanely ‘Weak Swimmers’?
Sterling Archer is a top-notch fighter, a highly skilled shooter and capable of literally dodging bullets, but a fan believes the “World’s Most Dangerous Spy” still has one notable weakness.
On Saturday, they headed to the Archer subreddit with a musing about the man covertly known as Duchess, arguing that though he may be famously strong, the same cannot be said of his sperm. “Archer couldn’t naturally impregnate a woman,” they began, noting that the spy had “been with hundreds of women” without wearing a condom.
After citing the paternity drama surrounding Trinette McGoon’s son, Seamus, who was ultimately proven to have been fathered by ex-ISIS agent Cyril Figgis, the Redditor also had questions about the conception of Archer’s daughter, Abbiejean Kane-Archer.

“Archer’s daughter was conceived through artificial means,” they continued, referencing Archer’s child with Lana Kane, who impregnated herself with a sample of Archer’s sperm taken from a sperm bank. “Does the world’s greatest spy have weak swimmers?”
Some Redditors, of course, begged to disagree. “I think it’s more he’s either been very lucky or Malory has covered up any actual pregnancies to avoid scandal,” one speculated. Another referenced a quote from the spy’s mother about his various slip-ups: “If I did want a grandchild, I’d just scrape all your previous mishaps into a big pile and knit a onesie for it.”
Others joined the conversation to point out the Pita of it all. She only appeared once throughout the show’s 14-season run, but Pita, Archer’s personal chef, was devoutly religious and refused to use contraception, resulting in her having three abortions while working for the ISIS agent.
While the answer to this question remains between Archer, the medical team at ISIS and God, one thing is certain: There’s a nonzero chance he’s responsible for the Bob’s Burgers kids.
