Generation after generation, the main objective in life is to look cool while doing all the other things you're supposed to, like going to school and working. And while all generations try hard to come up with new ways of looking cool, no decade had it easier than the 1970s. Some of the best music in all of history was being born in that decade, which also sparked new fads that changed everything.

When your mom bought clothes for herself, you were getting something similar. Something with flashy colors and intricate patterns you'd see almost everywhere. And, while that doesn't sound cool at all, it was the best. You looked like an adult if you were a kid. You looked young if you were older. But basically, you looked cool, and that's what really matters. Funky above all things, we can figure out the rest.
