Tell Us Now: Which TV Subplots Were A Total Waste Of Time?

If there’s something we love more than a solid plot, it’s an incredible sub plot. Wheels within wheels, that’s what we always say. Fractal story telling, baby! Here’s the thing though, not every sub plot is, ahem, worth it. They’ve got to go somewhere, and by somewhere we mean anywhere. The sad fact is, they don’t always manage to.

For example, there’s the time they turned Dean on Supernatural into an actual DEMON. That’s right, an infernal, occult entity bent only the destruction and suffering of mankind. Where did it go? Well, you’ve got to read to find out–but nowhere good.  Actually, now that we mention it, maybe that is thematically appropriate. Look there’s better examples below, we promise. We asked Cracked fans on Facebook which subplots completely wasted their time.
