When we first read a random batch of movie facts, we start thinking about how much money it will take to bring them to life. There are incredibly expensive facts like, “The director of Rango had the actors perform the entire thing in person to more realistically capture their movements.” Well try to make that fact for as cheap as possible, because its too good to fully omit. 

We just hope the Cracked higher-ups dont rip our heads off when we submit our expense report.

The Oscars

A bear almost got an Oscar nomination. Bart the Bear was in several high- profile movies, including 1988's The Bear. This French movie was such a worldwide hit, there was a campaign to nominate Bart for an Oscar. Unfortunately, the Academy put the kibosh on it, stating that animals weren't eligible. CRACKED.COM

Jerry Maguire

Jerry Maguire basically charged Reebok for insulting them. Reebok paid $1.5 million for Jerry Maguire to include an ad featuring Cuba Gooding Jr.'s Rod Tidwell. But the ad was cut for some reason, with the only reference to the brand being now Tidwell's F-k Reebok. GRACKED.COM

Star Wars
