Getting into shape is difficult. Why? Effort. So much effort is needed to be the ideal shape that many of us are trapped into striving to be. A lot of it has to do with modern lifestyles making it less necessary for us to get up and move, along with changing the fit of our pants. Think about the number of times you don’t walk over to get the remote control.

But what if you had an inspiration? A pal that says, “Hey, I do this, you can, too (maybe).” A celebrity!

Many celebrities get into their celebrity shape and stay healthy doing things you can do at home or the gym. Then again, there are celebrities that have the time and money to get to the extreme. I mean, there is a reason why people call Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” even though he’s 50 years old.
