What it Looked Like to Be a Teacher, Before the Smart Board
Before smart boards and projectors existed in classrooms, being a teacher involved using everyday items that are now obsolete, such as chalk, erasers, fold-out maps, and other objects.
In these images, we recall a time when teaching was carried out without technological resources and with teachers who, with their wisdom, encouraged students to study and become independent.
In those days, the connection between students and teachers was more direct than it is today, and there were no screens to impede the normal flow of the class.
In the photos from that era, we can see green boards with teachers' writing, old uniforms, chairs, tables, and students writing in old notebooks.
