If you share a home with small, curious children who have not yet fully grasped the concept of personal possessions, it is really best to keep valuable objects out of reach of their tiny and sometimes grubby hands. One manga fan learned this the hard way when they came home to find that their copy of Death Note had been used as a coloring book by their younger sister. Not only did the manga's main characters get a colorful JoJo's Bizarre Adventure-esque makeover, but L's momentous confession takes a strange turn after being re-written by the 6-year-old, “I am Unicorn.”
As a former child with boundary issues, it's hard to be mad at this kid; I once similarly stuck stickers all over my cousin's Pokémon collection to make them “prettier," after all. This was a learning moment, and it resulted in a pretty wholesome memory.
