Saturday Night Live – its ubiquity in the comedy and television worlds is just that – ubiquitous. That’s a fun word. Anyway, the show has had its ups and downs, as any sketch show and any live broadcast do. That’s just a consequence of the format. People like to say that it’s been terrible since X year, and that X is equal to whatever season people watched when they were in their teens or early twenties (probably).
