What Going to the Disco Was Like in the '80s and '90s
Going to nightclubs in the 80s and 90s was a classic for teenagers and adults, incomparable to today. Back then, there were no automated playlists; instead, there were DJs who specialized in selecting music for the crowds to enjoy and dance to.
The dance floor was the heart of the place and the star attraction, along with the music the DJ played. In those years, neon colors and colorful lights began to take center stage, transforming spaces into wonderful places filled with people dancing, jumping, and shouting.
Furthermore, without smartphones, conversations and social connections were frequent, while fashion also played a starring role, with shirts, dresses, and shoes all showing off.
