Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s love for the grotesque doesn’t stop at brain worms or letting decapitated whale juice soak his car and children. It also spans into his takes on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
During a recent appearance on the Mo News Podcast, the Secretary of Health and Human Services revealed his favorite episode of his wife’s sitcom, which unsurprisingly involved bodily fluids and motor vehicles. “I always enjoy the episode when (Cheryl Hines) has diarrhea in the car wash, and she has to get out of her car,” RFK Jr. confessed. “It’s not an episode that she likes to talk about a lot.”
Meanwhile, Mel Brooks is spilling a less disgusting secret: how he prevented the crew from laughing while filming Blazing Saddles by buying “a thousand white handkerchiefs” for “everybody on set.” “I told them, ‘If you feel like laughing at something, you stick one of these in your mouth, bite on it, and laugh through it,’” he explained, noting that the amount of handkerchiefs in mouths eventually served as a “litmus test” for whether a scene was working. “If I saw a lot of white handkerchiefs, I’d know it was funny.”
Like Brooks’ crew members, you’re gonna need a whole lot of handkerchiefs to stop yourself from getting the giggles while reading today’s tweets. Today’s funniest include those about Orbama, a swaggy sister and a mother that needs glasses.
