32 Wild HR Complaints People Had Filed Against Them

While plenty of people may appreciate service with a smile, it appears that some of them have a limit to the amount of joy they’re willing to witness. One Redditor learned this upon coming face-to-face with a customer who complained they were “too nice”: “Man walks in and I greet him and ask him what he’d like to order. He literally bolts and complains that I was too nice and too happy.”

Thankfully, the Redditor’s manager took the feedback in stride. “He wouldn’t stop laughing at me,” they said.

Workers all over the world are battling equally inane grievances. Here are the wildest write-ups that prove that folks can — and will — complain about anything, with the most egregious examples involving candy theft, date rejections and someone who definitely doesn’t know what a cappuccino is.
