    Pokemon's great and all, but I think that kid's just nuts. If I found a shiny I'd just be like "wow cool" and maybe take a picture or post it on Facebook.

      I caught a purple ice-cream dude in the newest Pokemon and thought maybe it was better than the other ice-cream dudes, but after using it and looking at the stats and whatnot I realized it was a waste. I have lost interest in all ice-cream.

    Hahaha... I watched the full video of that Shiny pokemon reaction and I laughed so hard my sides were in agony. I don't think that's actually ever happened to me before.

    Wooow... Yeah, I play Pokemon, usually when I'm bored. I found a shiny Zigzagoon by not even trying... I was like "yeah I'll probably never find a shiny" and whoop-de-doo! I found it! I called him "MR ZIGGERS" and he is in my Deposit Box like a prized jewel-encrusted egg. If ANYONE were to delete my game file, I would stab them in the face with a spoon.
    But that kid's reaction was hilarious! I almost cried tears laughing.

    God damn, I like Pokemon but...Jesus, if that kid wants a shiny pokemon so badly, just get an action replay! Spending that much time looking for a horse with a different coloured mane is not worth it.

    This raises an interesting point that isn't addressed in the video. The logical assumption would seem to be that this kid had his camera rolling for every single one of those 25,968 encounters.

    And that's terrible.

    tbh while the pokemon games ARE fun... instead of buying 3 gameboy advance sps, and 3 pokemon gba games... why the f**k not just get a goddamn cheating device to hack your way into getting one?? probably cheaper and much more effective.

      I'm no expert, but I believe there is some difference between hacked and real pokemon, if only that you can tell that it was technically hacked.
