This looks like it's real, sort of like a Sacha Baron Cohen-esque thing. Is this actually filmed at Harvard with Harvard students?
ReplyThis makes me want to go to university.
ReplyI loved the presentation animation.
ReplyThe soccer ball idea is already being manufactured. Saw it in the latest issue of popular science. "Uncharted Play sOccket" google it. It's actually pretty cool.
Reply"What I have to offer you as a Harvard student,or just in general?" Way to make the question more complicated for no reason.
Replyim down with this video
ReplyTHE MATRIX
ReplyThe guy who just spouted buzzwords, and the recording played in the meeting, were the kicker.
ReplyAnd if they actually presented those to real investors, the whole thing becomes much funnier.
The animation at the end nailed it
ReplyYeah. The kick-ass animation was my favorite part.
I laughed pretty hard at the soccer ball animation. And come on, that boom mic guy was epic.
ReplyDidnt try too hard. I like it,
ReplySquare shot glasses. This man is a visionary for our time.

That's something I just saw currently being worked on by students in the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design's Industrial Design program. Doesn't much surprise me that a bunch of college students would come up with a more efficient way to suck down alcohol.
the only problem is that you cant really drink from a cube, it's the round edges that make things drink-from-able without spilling, right?
I want that denture toothbrush.
ReplyI found this funny... I liked the animation.
ReplyI liked the video. Seems like I'm the only one...
ReplySo... I guess I just don't get it?
ReplyIsn't this supposed to be a comedy site? why is it so increasingly devoid of things that make me laugh?
ReplyBecause you're an emotionless husk of a man.
I'm sorry, what I meant to say was, HANG IT THE f**k UP, BOYS!!!
ReplyFatawful, you never cease to disappoint. When the trust fund completely dries up, you will all at least have the confirmation you aren't cut out for SOOOO many things: Comedy sketches, comedy interviews, comedy cartoons... what's great about narrowing down the possibilities for your futures is that (hopefully) you will eventually end up with a solid conclusion as to what your calling really is. And that is to make people replace expectations of entertainment with boredom and general irritation.
Replythey can mock it all they want, but the soccer ball thing is actually a really cool idea. if they could make those cheap enough, they'd probably be huge in some of the poorer/more off-the-grid areas of south america and africa.
Reply Hide All See All 4 RepliesThat's probably why it's the only idea that they took sort of seriously when proposing it. They just did a terrible job at it.
You took that proposal seriously?
The plug went the wrong way. The soccer ball was intended to be the power source.
Except that any other power source would be hundreds of times more efficient.
