Tabloid tv parodies are rarely funny, but you guys nailed it! Smart writing, exceptional acting, and good production value throughout. You should think about doing more of these. A+!
I actually kind of like the TMZ shows. Sure they talk about the pointless activities of celebrities that I don't care about, but it can be a funy show sometimes. Plus it's not all high class bulls**t. They don't glamorize celebrities.
The point is not that they are "real" or not "glamorizing" celebrities. The point of the video is that these people are shameless bottom feeders, scraping the bottom of the barrel for unimportant crap from people that mostly hate their guts. They think they are investigative celebrity gossip specialists, but they're not, even if that wasn't a shiat job in the first place. If TMZ became self-aware of what it really was, they'd all be on the verge of suicide. Hence the video.
Upon rewatching this, I have to say that I really find Cody to be a good actor. I'm not saying that being able to act is necessarily the most important skill for these kinds of sketches, but he brings something to the table that the rest of the staff doesn't, so it would be foolish not to keep him around for these.
You guys need to make more entertaining and less disgustingly nonsensical videos. Obscene language ins't really that funny...
ReplyCan't tell if trolling, or new to Cracked...
Welcome, SureThing! But you are VERY VERY VERY LATE. You are on probation.
"Do you want this picture of poop?"
Reply"Yes! Of course I do. Do you have to make me say it?"
Priceless!

They glamorize celebrities just by following them around.
Acting like the pointless s**t they talk about is worth hearing just because it involves celebrities IS glamorizing them.
This was hilarious! Cody was the best!

Cody's the guy with the straw, right? I thought his voice sounded familiar.

It's funny because it's all too true
