I think you'd do a lot better if you just stopped making videos and instead wrote this stuff. The concept was ok but the delivery is just awful. I've enjoyed the gamer vids from back in the day (though the voice was grating at times) and some of your written material, but these videos are just painful to watch. The Lost vids are a perfect example. While the videos sucked, the text scrolling at the bottom in that one was quite good.

So just write, and leave the vids to Swaim. I get that you're supposed to be the guy who throws out little daily tidbits, but I for one would rather have A-material once a week from the staff than B or C material every day.
