"why are you calling Hashmarks 'pounds'?" Because he's from the states.
I know I liked it. Song: catchy. Lyrics: funny. Image singing: nice touch. Constantly returning to The Beach: hilarious. Cody, you are my favorite video-maker and columnist on Cracked. (Well, you tie with BriTANick for videos.)
That was one of the better videos I have seen here.
I liked this song - reminded me of Memento, the way the story's told backwards and the mime shooting. But why are you calling Hashmarks 'pounds'? the pound sign is £.
Horrible! Makes me wanna puke blood in the sand. Man I HATE blood in my sand!!
twitter is for losers
the stupid song is so catchy!!
I don't know anybody who actually uses twitter, how is this popular?
You have to know Twitter to understand this video. Otherwise it just doesn't make any sense.
Also, i don't get the #'s. Is that a twitter thing?
"Oh, I found out the past tense of twitter. Twat."
i love this song. ima download it. i liked how it went back and showed the events and actually told a pretty good story. i was disappointed that the url it showed during the song didnt work. (the one about the gash from the fight) still a kickass song all the same.
One of the best, most creative vids I've seen in a while. The song is catchy (i want it, btw) the jokes are funny and numerous, and the style is pretty inventive. kudos!
There were three things I particularly loved (besides the fact that it was just plain hilarious). 1. That it went backwards in time down the page (I love how you could track it that way, it was funnier with him killing the cat, and then at the end getting a cute cat, etc.) 2. I loved how the tiny pictures of the guy were singing. 3. I laughed at the "from txt, from web, from twixt, from twib, from wext, etc."
I love the "trending topics" along the edge of this... Like in the "Helpful Tutorial" video, there was just too many funny things going on at once for me to keep up. Several viewings required.
Anyone know if I could get just this song anywhere? It's awesome.
There is a legit site (syphtr.com) that tells directors/reps about "unknown" actors - decent move for us who are still struggling, just FYI.
wow, i had to see this twice to get all the lil jokes haha
Also: The Beach is awesome.
I liked the reverse chronology of the tweets. Built on itself. And nice use of mime; there's something inherently amusing (and simultaneously terrifying) about them, and I think making fun of them is underutilized in humor (because what I think matters, dammit!)
