My computer's been dead for over two months. I've been on tech support more over those two months than most people have in their life. I have to say, this video is more accurate than you can ever, ever know. BTW, finally restored my computer, no thanks to tech support. They thought we needed a new hard drive, a new motherboard, a recovery DVD, two recovery CDs, no there's only one CD, no there's two, no they're DVDs, etc... none of this did anything. All we needed was to access the computer's D drive and delete one little file, the file that makes HP computers suck worse than all the rest.
