haha that wasn't funny at all... ok using common sense and some prior knowledge of card tricks here's how i think its done. first of all the bottom card is never shown, so i think it must be the 'odd' blue card that he 'claims' to be your card in the end of the trick. next, you pick your card normally and it never shows the last blue card, so no matter what card you pick as long as its not the last, he can always catch you because he reveals the way he shuffled. he essentially just shuffles in a way to keep the original last card on top of your card, so when he splits the deck the blue card is the 'marker' to signal for your card, and alakazaam! he picks up both the blue card and your card and disguises them as 1 'blue' card!
