There's nothing wrong about making fun of Jews(or any other people) but I don't think it's the case here in #20. Scrooge McDuck is a stereotype of Scottish people and the joke itself probably doesn't go any further than his big secret being that he's sitting on a fortune of chocolate coins. And #19 was definitely my favorite. The thought of Steamboat Willie being a slaveship is outrageously funny.

A rich duck holding a chocolate coin is a joke about the Jewish faith in this sense, kineas. Chocolate coins are often given for Chanukah and other Jewish holidays. The fact that he's rich and stingy would also make him fit into a popular Jewish stereotype. I'm not sure if it's a Jew joke or not. But if it is, it's absolutely genius.
