Number 2 is all over the internet because it's from a famous Far Side comic strip from Gary Larson. In the original the scientist in the background is holding a brown paper bag filled with air in one hand and is preparing to slap both hands together to pop it. The scientist in the foreground is assembling a nuclear missile. It's been ripped off countless times, so Larson just has to add one more beef to his list.

#s 5, 8, 10, and 13 were the funniest, imho. #6 was pretty good, too, but would have been funnier if had been, say, Andy Kaufman in the casket instead. Not sure I get #7--I mean, I see the banana peel, making it look like the dude slipped on it, but. . . I still don't get it. Who's it supposed to be? I'm not a comic book fan, so I aside from, say, The Flash (which WOULD actually be kinda funny, now that I think about it) or Batman or one of the other iconic figures, I don't know who many of them are.
