Shameless money grab. gormster, this isn't AJAX. If it was AJAX, the page wouldn't post back with every view. The point of AJAX is that it makes a database call without reloading the page. In fact, AJAX isn't actually necessary. Since they normally load all pictures anyway, this would only take javascript. The reason that this is a dick move is because the only reason they would do it this way, which is actually less efficient than just showing them all at once like before, and way less efficient than making them change dynamically through javascript, is because they want you to make 15 ad impressions instead of 1.
