I wish people would quit complaining about the so called 'rehashing'. As someone who's fairly new to the site, most of these image blurbs are new to me, and I go on to view the rest of the article. What's the real harm here? People seem to act like this is a paid subscription fee membership based site or something... What have you done personally for cracked that places them in your debt? Ever so much as clicked an ad banner? Recycling the content provides unique views, people who've never seen it get to. People who don't really remember it get a little chuckle. No one who's never run their own site, magazine, or other published media has any right to judge. You think the internet just happens? No. Lot's of work goes into maintaining a popular website. This site in particular is fairly well run, with an amazingly high journalistic integrity for a digest which is frequently graced with dick jokes.

OK - scrolled through the comments and lots of folk were lol-ing that # was great b/c it's about 2 girls and 1 cup. I still don't get it - what's the significance of/ what's so special about two girls and 1 cup? I didn't laugh out loud at any of these, but I did think they were pretty much all very clever. The weekly photoshop contests are a great idea and the quality seems to be lifting all the time. Good effort all. (I don't get number one though...dammit I feel stupid when that happens) Also the amount of people who don't understand you can alter the layout view, and write in b***hing about it is bordering on farce.

Numbers five and two are the best just because they're so damn horrible, and because you have to look at the details to really comprehend the darkness of the humour. The one about Anne Frank doesn't seem so bad until you see that the date is the day before her capture. "...hopefully something fun will happen tomorrow..."
