i kept reading, reading, reading and reading through all the words and more words in #2, sure that there'd be a nice payoff or punchline, & it flopped like a fish in a bucket. awful.

ReplyBecause it's "if valentines day cards told the truth', and last I checked, truth isn't always funny. I think it was more going for the 'jaw drop, "wow."' effect than the 'omg, like, lol' effect. I liked it though, so... take with a grain of salt I suppose.
I don't understand why 3 and 4 are even on this list.
