The Gooder Life… With Dr. Jesse is a strange brand of sketch comedy that was born deep in the mind of writer/director Jesse Christensen more than two years ago. Since January of 2010, The Gooder Life’s creator has dedicated his days and nights to not only scripting the program, but also starring in most of the sketches. “Writing and acting are my passions,†said Jesse in an early 2012 interview, “but if i was forced to choose one, I’d have to pick writing. I have the need to create what the actor is given to work with; the characters’ universe. To take writing from me would be like not allowing a fat girl cake on her birthday. That’s just mean!†Jesse continues to produce The Gooder Life, frequently releasing new videos on The Gooder Life’s website (www.thegooderlife.com).
