Lady Gaga the “Rip-off” artist

As you all know, Lady Gaga is a popular pop artist that has emerged into the

entertainment industry in recent years. Many people feel that she is a very

strange individual with weird ideas and odd fashions. I hate to break it to

you but I have discovered a few things about this individual that suggest to

me that she is not strange. Trust me, I know strange. I am strange. Lady

Gaga is not strange, she is simply trying to stand out, but unfortunately for

her, she has no ideas of her own…so she rips off ideas from other people. A

prime example of this is the song we all know so well: Poker Face. Totally

original right? WRONG!! The part of the song that goes “ma ma ma ma, is

not even hers! It was taken from a song released in 1977 by a group called

Bonnie Am. The song was called Ma Baker, a song about a mother/criminal

teaching her sons to rob banks. As for her performance of Journey’s “Don’t

Stop Believing”…ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! How dare she..really…the

absolute NERVE. I was disgusted. She absolutely destroyed it. I know I’ll

get lynched for saying this but I wasn’t impressed by Elton John or Sting

either, and I for one was not amused by this desecration. Popular singers

today can’t come up with any good songs of their own so they decide to sing

songs from the 80’s and trash it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Kinda makes you wanna puke doesn’t it.

RANT! What did you expect? I have much more I should say but my fingers

are tiring. I will write more on similar subjects in the future…but until then,
