For money, I tell people which buttons to press on their remote control to make their tv work again. Most of the time they are able to follow my instructions and change the tv back to the correct channel. Sometimes, these simple instructions confuse them and they press buttons on their phone and hang up. Then, I get to do it all over again with someone else. Great, Success!
