Ever since I was a child, I've wanted to rule the Earth.

Those who wish to support me in my quest for world domination will be awarded an extra potato ration. Those whom oppose me shall find themselves working on a potato farm. I intend on ruling as a benign global dictator, with the new Capital of Earth being Guam.

Under the New World Order, or as I like to call it, Libra's Enlightened Sphere of Co-Prosperity (or, The Sphere), the citizens of my land will find themselves pleasantly guided towards what they are best suited for. The citizens of all nations have repeatedly requested they no longer be required to think and make decisions, and I intend to deliver the wishes of the common man.
