About Me

I'm an amateur writer with aspirations to see my name in print one day, but not in the WANTED posters that they have plastered in old, shady bars where it's malt whiskey or nothing. (Those still exist right?)

I love doing photography about as much as I love using the word, 'photography' instead of 'I take pictures with a camera phone and edit them with hipster appeal' (No I don't use Instagram. I'm below that, probably...)

I treat this site like some would treat the Holy Bible. I badger my friends with facts I learned via Gladstone or Adam Tod Brown until they drown in insufferable knowledge. Just kidding. I don't have friends.

I tend to stumble over my words when I talk and it feels like I'm talking to a brick wall sometimes because it seems like no matter what I say, people lose interest and shut me out completely. For a while I stopped talking and sometimes I feel the sudden urge of dread to speak to anyone where I'm pretty much borderline mute. That's one of the many reasons I love to write. I can say what's on my mind without being interrupted. So really, I'm a friendly kind of girl, I may seem shy and socially awkward (who isn't though?) but get me started on a subject and I'll go off on at least a dozen tangents (or word adventures!!) and we'll have a great time. So drop a line anytime. We can discuss articles and what we learned recently from the History channel and talk about our goals and share recipes that we fou--.... annnnnnnd now you've stopped reading. Okay...
