A slick P.I. with a PhD in Awesome, no birth record to speak of, popular theory states he was summoned. After the successful capture of international diamond thief, Mandrake Karambe, he has become a wanted man constantly on the run from the G-Men. The whole thing reeks of a set-up, giving his life but one purpose, prove his innocence and find the bastards who set him up for the fall.
