Season 1
Season one begins with Meredith Grey waking up late for her first day of work and shoving her one night stand, Derek, out the door. It turns out that she is starting her first day as a surgical intern at Seattle Grace. When she needs a neurological consult for her first patient, she is shocked to discover that the attending she's looking for is actually Derek Shepherd- her one night stand.
