MAD Magazine
MAD is an hilarious magazine that features satire and parody. Hilarious! For example, they once parodied the Cosby Show by calling it the Clodsby Show. HA HA HA!! FUCK YEAH!
Just The Facts
- Spawned a TV show that gave us comedy luminaries like Keegan-Michael Key, host of the Planet's Funniest Animals
- Known for its mascot Alfred E Neuman and for those kick ass fold in back covers that really made you think about how shitty your folding skills are.
- For a brief period of time was shadowed by an upstart publication known as Cracked that has since faded into obscurity though rumors abound it's still being published in Guatemala.
- Arguably was one of the greatest comedy magazines of all time. The exact date this ended is shrouded in mystery but probably occurred around the aformentioned Clodsby show parody.

it is a damn shame how s****y mad is doing right now it is one of the only magazines worth buying
ReplyThat's it?
ReplySounds like somebody's jealous. MAD has had a profound influence on generations of Americans. On the other hand, some dweeb I knew in middle school read Cracked. Cracked will never achieve the greatness that MAD once had. You're just the last surviving imitator. If MAD goes under, Cracked's days are surely numbered, although I'm sure Cracked will fold first.

I think someone is only vaguely aware they are using this newfangled "internet" mabobber that Mad still has yet to master http://www.dccomics.com/mad/
Just look at that website, does that look like someone has updated it recently? No. Because they haven't. And with only 4 issues a year I have a hard time even finding it anymore.
As for Cracked: http://www.ebizmba.com/articles/funny-websites
Its in the top ten. I loved Mad back in the day, but Cracked has replaced it in my heart with it's dongtacularness.
Then Why the hell are you here?
