Giant Sharks

Also known as a Megalodon(it's a word) , scientist believe this was a prehistoric shark that may of been 40 to 100 ft long. Otherwise known as huge.

  2. No one knows why Megalodon went extinct.

The teeth they have found have all been around 7 inches. The only other teeth they have found that long belong to t-rex and saber toothed tigers.

It probally had the most powerful bite of any animal. In a simulation set up by scientist, a great white bite with 1.8 tons of force, whereas megalodon's bite was estimated at 10.8 to 18.2 tons. Tons.

Did I happen to mention it ate whales.

It's estimated weight is around 100 tons. That's about 200,000 pounds. The only animal recorded to weigh more is the blue whale, which this shark would have been eating.

Some people argue they still roam the bottom ocean, although they are missing one important thing they need to make their case,... evidence.

Maybe the excces blubber clogged their arteries. And killed them all.
