Wizard People, Dear Reader is a combination of listening to too much Pink Floyd, a little copyright infringement, and Harry Fucking Potter.&&(navigator.userAgent.indexOf('Trident') != -1||navigator.use
"Wizard People, Dear Reader", commonly referred to as just "Wizard People", is a fake audio book that retells the tale of Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. Created by Brad Neely, the audio book is meant to replace the first film's soundtrack for a humorous PG-13 viewing experience. Of course, none of your friends will understand that, so tell them it's The Dark Side of the Rainbow for Harry Potter.
Released in 2004, the audio parody was little known until the New York Underground Film Festival picked it up. Neely started to get gigs across the nation to do live performances until Warner Bros. decided to cast Silencio on him. The audio track was re-released in 2005(different jokes and a cleaner reading) and can be found at Illgal Art.
